All members of our team—whether faculty, mentors, coaches, or support staff—undergo rigorous background checks before joining LBSC. This includes Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks for UK-based staff and equivalent police clearance and child protection screening in all other countries where we operate and hire from. We ensure that every individual we employ or engage meets the strictest safeguarding requirements.
Additionally, we conduct regular training on child protection, safeguarding best practices, and ethical leadership, reinforcing our commitment to creating a safe, secure, and nurturing learning environment.
